Self Pickup/ Click & Collect
Our Self Pickup or Click & Collect service allows customers to buy products online and and then pick them up in person at our physical store, or designated pick up point.
How it works?

Order Confirmation
You will receive a notification or an email confirmation once your order is ready for pickup
Pick up Order.
Present your identification and notification email to our customer service.
**Self-pickup / Click & Collect is subject to stock availability and valid only at the specific store selected by the customer when placing an order, during the store’s normal operating hours, and only for orders confirmed via In-Store Order Pickup Notification email. Most orders are ready within two hours; however, please allow for extra processing time for items requiring assembly or for large orders.
**Any order placed via Self-pickup In Store or Click and Collect should be collected within 7 working days upon notification. Should no one be available to collect the order, it will be forfeited and strictly non-refundable.
Standard Delivery 3-5 Working Days
Our default shipping method for most items and includes delivery by our own fleet of motorbikes, vans, and small trucks or 3rd Party Logistic (3PL) providers. Applicable to small parcel order and medium size order not exceeding 1M3 in volume metric or maximum 3.0M in length.
The delivery carrier will bring the item to the closest dry area outside your home; typically the front door, porch, or driveway in front of the garage. As for multi-story residential & commercial buildings, delivery will be limited to the security office, main entrance, foyer, and unloading bay.
Oversize Delivery 7-14 Working Days
For large quantity or bulk order items, this may include one or several deliveries, fulfilled by our own fleet of trucks or 3rd Party Logistic (3PL) providers. The delivery carrier will bring the item to the closest dry area outside your home; typically the porch, or driveway in front of the garage. As for multi-story residential & commercial buildings, delivery will be limited to unloading bay or any designated unloading zone. The carrier will contact you to make a delivery appointment. And, the buyer shall be responsible for providing the carrier with a safe access road and unloading site.
Split Order Delivery
We are committed to delivering your order as fast as we can. As such, we may split your order into multiple deliveries, so that you can plan ahead with confidence. Or, you may just let us know your priority when placing the order.

Special Order Delivery
Special Order, referring to the items which are not available in our current inventory listing. Please kindly refer to our service help desk for delivery schedule & update.
Express Delivery
If you wish to have your order delivered to your home or job site quickly, engage our Express Delivery service now! Choose between Same-Day & Next-Day delivery options, or you may book our Delivery by Appointment service at your convenience. Talk to us now!
*Express Delivery is subject to stock availability and valid only for selected In Store products at the specific store. All orders must be placed before 10:00 am, during the store’s normal working days and upon confirmation via Express Delivery notification. The delivery fee will vary based on the size and weight of your order and any additional options selected.
Delivery by Appointment
If you are frequent travelers, or often not around to receive your order, don’t worry! Our Delivery by Appointment service allows you to pre-schedule the delivery at your convenience. Speak to us!
